Rev. Dn. Vijay Thomas to be ordained to the Holy Priesthood

Rev. Dn. Vijay Abraham Thomas will be ordained to the Holy Priesthood on Saturday, March 31, 2012 at St. Mary's Orthodox Church 130 Park Avenue Staten Island, New York, by the Diocesan Metropolitan, His Grace Zachariah Mar Nicholovos.

Deacon Vijay has tirelessly served as the MGOCSM Council member representing the New Jersey/Staten Island area, and is currently serving as the General Secretary to the MGOCSM of North America since 2009.

Deacon Vijay is a graduate of St. Vladimir’s Orthodox Theological Seminary, Yonkers, New York and a graduate of the liturgical studies program at Orthodox Theological Seminary, Kottayam, Kerala, India
