2024 MMVS Students Educational Assistance Program to support deserving families within the Diocese is open for students who meet the eligibility. Last date to apply for the aid is Aug 31, 2024. The aid will be disbursed by September 2024. Maximum aid available to an applicant is $1,000.Applicants should be enrolled in an accredited college or university. The annual income of the applicant’s family should be $75,000 or less. Applications must be received on or before the submission deadline. Late submissions and incomplete applications will not be accepted, Proof of income/church involvement will be verified with the help of the Vicar.Support for future years is not guaranteed, but the applicant can reapply for the educational aid in future years if they successfully continue their program.
Documents to be attached:
1. Copy of Official Tuition Information
2. Proof of Enrollment in the Program/Institution
3. Letter of recommendation from the Vicar
4. A paragraph on why you are seeking this educational aid

Eligibility
This is open to any member (male or female) of the Diocese of Southwest America who belongs to a parish of the diocese. Applicants should be enrolled in an accredited college or university. The annual income of the applicant’s family should be $75,000 or less. Applications must be received on or before the submission deadline.
Late submissions and incomplete applications will not be accepted. Proof of income/church involvement will be verified with the help of the Vicar.
Evaluation and Selection
Applications will be evaluated based on need and merit by an MMVS Committee. Recommendations will be given to the Diocesan Bishop for a final decision.
